The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Social Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in paid social advertising, strategic thinking, and campaign optimization. As a Paid Social Manager at TRUth, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive results for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the paid media landscape, a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, and the ability to leverage data to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and an effective communicator.
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Paid Social Strategy
· Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with clients' business objectives
· Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting and positioning strategies
Campaign Management:
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
· Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine targeting, creative, and messaging
Budget Management:
· Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI
· Monitor spending and adjust budgets based on performance and client objectives
Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
· Generate regular reports for clients, detailing campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
Stay Updated:
· Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
· Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance overall agency knowledge
Desired Qualifications
· A minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
· Proven experience as a Paid Social Manager or similar role
· In-depth knowledge of paid social media platforms, advertising policies, and optimization techniques
· Proficiency in analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others
· Meta Blueprint certification
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail
· Experience with Microsoft suite of products
· Healthcare campaign experience is a plus
